Your Orlaya piece is made with care, and so is the journey it takes to reach you.

Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your jewellery’s journey to your doorstep.

Please note: We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 7 working days after dispatch.
Remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

We offer complimentary standard shipping across India — no additional shipping fees, no hidden charges. Your Orlaya order will arrive beautifully packaged and ready to gift (or keep).

Duties & Taxes

For orders within India, no additional duties or taxes are applicable. All taxes are included in your purchase price — your piece is shipped duty-paid from our studio.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or watsapp message. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
